PaPahouse, the wife and I would love to ride with ya'll sometime on a Sunday. Just need a little notice. High School Football season cranks up in two weeks so my Th., Fri and Sat are taken for the next 12 weeks. We keep Sundays open for fun or relaxation. Our atvs are both.

Papahouse, where abouts is your leased located. I used to be on one between lufkin and Nacogdoches that was about 4400 acres. It was some good riding out there.

We haven't had any problems. 700 Grizzly and 700 King Quad. Not everyone wants to haul ass all the time. That just tears up the trails.
