Re: San Antonio, and everyone else!!!

I haven't done much riding in the colder weather, but I intend to this year. (I've only been 4 wheelin' for 3 summers now). I'm on the hunt for some insulated coveralls already. I check out the local Goodwill stores and every now and then I can find stuff like this. Last year I got some ski bibs but they turned out to be a bit too ...

Re: San Antonio, and everyone else!!!

Thanks. Maybe someday this winter I can get the wife out there. You guys don't hide in the winter do you?

Re: San Antonio, and everyone else!!!

What kind of "mud" do you guys have down that way? Up in my area, there is a Black gumbo clay mud, that can stick the best 4 wheelers and 4X4's. I dig 'em out fairly often near my house. There's a fault line between Dallas and Fort Worth, where it breaks to a sandstone base. The Gumbo is accompanied by white Limestone ...

Re: RIDE ON THE BEACH (port A)

Looks Awesome! I hope there's enough room. The area looks barely bigger than the local spot I ride.... A bit larger, but hundreds of people? Man that sems pretty crowded.  I hope I can make it.

You gotta be as old as I am to know that! It does fit the whole "4 Wheeler" thing though, doesn;t it?

Re: N. Garland/Plano/Wylie/Sachse etc....

Bump! - Anyone in the area want to share some more "free" riding places with me? I'm game for a place to go play in the dirt.

N. Garland/Plano/Wylie/Sachse etc....

It's 9:02 pm and I just got back from riding IN GARLAND near plano/Wylie area... Real close to Firewheel Mall. The mud and puddles were great tonight after the rain. I helped a couple of idiots in 2 wheel drive small trucks get "un-stuck" while I was there. They were blocking some great 6 inch deep, long,... wide puddles. This place ...
