You need to register through the ATV Safety Instatute http://www.atvsafety.org/onlineEnroll.cfm and I do believe it cost you to attend. I know to become a instructor is about $500

You can get the Texas Parks and Wildlife stickers at Wild West or Cycle Shack North in Conroe. Spark arrestors and the ATV Safety class are required as well as helmets and eye protection.
