Installing a new Starter on a 2005 Wolverine (Yamaha) 350

Has anyone installed a starter on their quad--specifically a Wolverine or possibly Big Bear? My husband is pretty mechanically savvy--is this something that he could do himself? Thanks!

its not much more complicated than changing a starter on a vehicle... confused

but I wouldnt know, all my quads are kickstart... Yippie

several 250Rs, couple blasters, couple 350x's, a zilla, 92/87 LT HRD 540R Hybrid, and the new toy 2005 TRX450r
