just bought a polaris outlaw 525 irs, im looking for fellow sport riders to go ride with, most of my freinds, and 90%of people around this area have big "slow" 4x4s and they are a lil boring to ride with. also looking for people to show me good places to ride. i can go pretty much any weekend, if anyone is iterested give me a shout.

 I know what you mean about all the mudders around here. You can't drive in Longview on a weekend without seeing bunches of trailers hauling utes. 

I have several sport quads but I am a big, old, fat guy that doesn't ride all that much. My son is off at college so our quads have been parked for a while now. 

There will be quite a few sport quads at the ATVCCS XC race next weekend. It is going to be at a place called Lilly Creek just a little north of Gilmer. You don't have to race, just pay your way into the gate and then you can ride during the practice times with everyone else. Might be a chance for you to meet some folks that "like long walks on the beach" or at least riding sport atv's. 

 If your intrested you can find info at www.atvccs.com. We raced with them for about 5 years and it was always a good time, kind of like an extended family. 

 I too enjoy sport quads and the less mud the better... seems to be some cool riding spots up there.. when they are dry...

sounds like fun, but....

 last sat i went out to shilo ridge, and was having a blast for about an hour, no mud on their trails unlike mud creek. but as i was ridding up a slight incline at about 15 mph and there was a trail coming into my trail from and they i couldnt see over the little lip, well there was a deep wash out that i didnt see till too late, nose went in and i went over, bent my front right spindle, and all but broke my collar bone, it pops and moves around when i move my shoulder around, so i will be off the quad for a few in recovery and repair :(
