Questions have been asked regarding a utility racing class at our event next weekend, so wanted to come on here and see how many would be serious about doing this. We'll need a minimum of 4 entries for a payout and have 2 so far. If you're interested, please call today and pre-register so we can determine if we'll have this class (the 2 riders interested so far would surely appreciate it too!)

This event is at the Killeen Rodeo Arena on South WS Young Drive, October 2 & 3. Need all riders to be on the grounds by 6 pm so you can be registered and ready to race by 6:30, as we'll have a driver's meeting at that time.

For both ATV and utility class, entry fee is $20. 100% of the entry fees will go into the purse and we'll add $250 per night and pay 1st through 3rd place in each class.

Riders must be at least 18 years old, sorry, but our insurance does not allow minor participants in ANY class.

You are permitted to bring a guest with you into the pits, they must also be at least 18 years old and pay pit admission fee ($20). You will be responsible for making sure this person stays out of the way during the event (will be discussed at driver's meeting).

If you have questions, or want to pre-register, please call our information line (254-432-1531). Entries are taken at the gate if you don't have the chance to pre-register, but if you can, please do. Pre-registration makes our job so much easier - THANKS!

We set out to provide ATV riders' and their families with an exciting cross-country racing series. This is a 12 race series with a Championship Invitational. The races are on a marked course through woods, across creeks, and up and down hillsides. Cross country is a form of racing that is from point A to point B. All races are through the tightest of woods, across open straight away, and over jumps. This series has it all. This is an event style weekend for the entire family. We provide racing for all ages and skill levels. Your gate entry fee gives you access to the park all weekend(Fri-Sun)Come to race, come to ride, come to camp. Stay for the weekend!

Village Creek Mx has another race on the 14th of December, 2008. It will actually be on the MX track this time. last time was if we have 5 or more they will run them. Been talkin to the track owner and its a go. So if all the Texas guys read this please come out on the 14th of Dec. and race!!

Are there any tall guys out there with a rhino? Trying to decide between the RZR or the Rhino, and I feel too tall when i sit in the rhino, my legs feel cramped. In the RZR it doesn't seem to feel as cramped. Does anyone else have this same issue? I am 6'2.

Chinese SXS's?

Has anyone had personal experience/ride time on one of the SunL SXS's that looks almost identical to a Rhino?

I've read on several other boards that they are so close to the Rhino that even the majority of the parts are interchangeable.

The main differences being that the front plastic is a little different,and the bed on the SunL is 3" longer.

I'm just curious if anyone has any "real world" experience with them.

They are several thousand dollars less than a Rhino.My curiosity is peaked.lol.

I did a search and didn't see anything on it. I ordered a '08 Ranger Crew Cab two days ago. I have 4 kids, so it makes sense for me. My question is: Where should I start looking for aftermarket parts? Will they be available before the release, or are they something I will have to wait for (meaning the parts companies will have to manufacture stuff for it after they are shipped -- November)? What was the 1st year of the Rhino? Are they all either 660 or 450? Can you tell the difference between the 660 and 450 just by looking at them? I'm thinking about buying a used one, not sure what size it is though. I'm told it's pretty ragged out but runs great. Just a little beat up from working it. It's more of a project than anything, I'm told to just make an offer but I don't want to ge screwed! Thanks, Mitch
