Can anyone do a "STOPPIE" on their quad? A stoppie is like a backwards wheelie, lock up the front brakes without going over the handlebars and having the rear tires come off the ground. Sometimes called an Endo! Just wondering!

Yea ive always wanted to do that! It's kinda hard though, you have to have good brakes and be able to keep yourself from going to far forward. Unlike a wheelie, you have no way to go back down if you go over to far.... I need to learn that... I can do anything else but that...

I did it on my dirt bike a couple of time and almost ate $hit both times, so I didn't try it anymore. I was trying to learn on the dirt bike so I could do it on my street bike but I never got good enough on the dirt bike to even attempt it on my street bike.

stoppies are easy as long as you arent scared to lean foreward, in this pic (i dont know what this trick would be called but in one motion i stand up put one leg over the bars and on the bumper, then pull the clutch and break at the same time and up ya go. i can stoppie with my feet on the pegs, one or both feet on front bumper, and i sometimes i will throw in a no hander when i hit the balance point.

It looks like it would be less intimidating with your feet on the front bumper. If it came over, you could step right off. I might consider trying it that way. Seems like it would be easier to balance too.

Uhhh, no it isn't.
I can pull the back wheels off the ground on my Trail Boss but never had the nerve to go too far with it. On my bicycle I can do awesome stoppies. That is the only way I stop any more. I ate sh*t a few times and probably will again though. Getting too old to be diving into concrete.
