I don't understand. Why is it almost impossible to ride on their MX track? I was there yesterday afternoon and not many people were on the MX track...plenty of room for more riders. I was there the weekend before and it was the same story on Sunday afternoon (not sure how busy it was on Saturday tho).
I would agree with you about the $20 cost of the sand dragstrip if it was just an empty field with a few cones to mark off the start and stop, but Splendora has nice drag strip...its the same kind of set-up as an asphalt drag strip, complete with starting lights and timeslips. $20 is the same cost for TNT at the local 1/8 mile drag strip (Houston Motorsports Park), so I don't mind paying that cost for Splendora's dragstrip.
Please let me know if you ever change your mind and want to come out and join me for some of the fun on the drag strip. Its a good time and you usually get to see some very fast quads out there.
Happy trails...:)
