My warrior killed out on me.

Went riding on Sat to Lake Murry and rode all day. Not a problem one. Yesterday I go to the carwash and unload it to wash and afterwards it wouldn't start. Not getting spark now. Now I get to wire chase agin and try to figure this out. I do have a spare CDI box to help diagnose it. Wish me luck.Yes

Well, after probing and testing, I think I may have 2 bad cdi box's. The guy I bought the bike from had all ready replaced the cdi box with a high rev box but still didn't run. So I bought it and diag'ed it as a stator. I replaced it and it had been running good. I do have a pulse from the stator pick up coil at the cdi box but nothing out to the coil. I do have a good ground and power in to the cdi. I did find a loose ground wire at the voltage regulator, so I think it may have voltage spiked the cdi box. Useing the stock cdi box I got a very faint spark at the coil wire but it went away quickly. The box does have some heat damage and was making the start realy click. I guess it's time to ebay a new cdi box and coil for good measure.

I tore the cover off and found the stator wires had slid past the tab and had got cut by the flywheel and the pulse coil wasn't reading. I took the unit out and rewired and heat shrinked the wires back. I'm back up and running.Yes
