    MUD COMP. END OF AUG.

We are teaming up with elcampo cycle to do a mud comp. at the end of aug.  It will have some drag raceing, the mud runs, and some other new things you have not seen before.  (like the dirty $100!!)  We put a 100 bill in a jar, loaded with rocks, and sink it to the bottom of the mud pit.  Then girls and guys jump in find it.  You have to get the jar back out of the mud and into the cirlce that is located about 20 foot away.  Anyhow, check out some of the new vids we have up.

    Kelly,

The sand drags sound good to me.

Speaking of that, I was hoping that you'd have the sand drag race series again this year like you did last year at this time...any word on doing that again this year?

     Happy trails...:)

we are, but we are going to do it under one weekend.  It will be a two day event with the race off on sunday evening.  I wanted to do the mud race on the same weekend.   That way sat night we could have the live bands, the night swim down on the river, and some night poker runs.  It's hard for everyone who races to make it out for every race.

    Kelly,

Sounds like fun!  I'll mark my calendar.

In any case, I was really looking forward to the drag race series.  It would've given me an excuse to come visit your park more often! lol  But seriously, is there any chance you will have other sand drag events at your park this year, or is this event the only one you have planned so far?  The reason I ask is b/c I really enjoyed drag racing on your drag strip last summer...we really don't have many good places around the greater Houston area to drag race ATVs on dirt/sand other than your park.  General Sam's in Huntsville has a sand drag area, but he doesn't groom it very often...so its usually way too rough to race on.  This year, I'm moving away from cross-country racing and trying to go to more ATV drag races. (at least that is my plan)

    Happy trails...:)
