Iv been caught up in rock crawling for the past year or two, but hope to make a few rides with yall again. I was RangerRick on here but that pig Ranger had to go since I couldnt keep axles on it. I now have a hondy 450s. It's not what Im use too, but ittle do for now.

I dont believe so, My little bike isnt ready for long rides. It needs a few lil things that I def dont need to be spending money on at this time. I'v been to the creek on it twice but Id hate to get it a few hours away then it be inop all weekend.

I will have 2 back up bikes with me. Load up and lets go.

Helmets no. Beer is OK, just not in your hand while actually riding. So you can stop, get off, get hammered and then tool your merry way down the trail. Kind of stupid if you ask me, but I think it's an insurance thing. Once in the woods I doubt anyone will care. For that matter I doubt anyone will care anyways. This is more for the idoit who is riding wheelies down the powerline with a beer in hand.

Uhhh...just thinking out of the box here.  What if you wore one of those helmets that hold 2 beers on top and has a big straw that goes from the top of both beers down to the person's mouth?  Would that be ok? lol

For that matter, what if a person just wore a camelback and filled it with beer? lol  j/k  Don't try this at home kids! lol

Ya'll have fun at mud nats...and please try to be safe!  If my quad wasn't still scattered all over the US, I'd try to be there this year again so I can root for Mike Walker in the mud bog races.  He usually puts on a good show.

Iv got a goofy friend that lives out there and she says she wont go because all the rules shes heard going to be in place this year. I guess she got her stuff mixed up, are you supposed to wear a helmit just to compete maybe?

Yes to compete. It's always been that way though.
