Jay,

Thanks for the explanation. Wow...I had not been to planetsand lately, so I wasn't aware that they paying for our race fees at the TX Mudfest (and we only pay the gate fees). That is pretty nice. So if I read it right, they will pay-out 100% of race fees (contributed by the race organizer) among the first, second and third place finishers? That sounds awesome to me!

nevermind, i re-read page 1, already going to LA this weekend Smile

i'm looking for a place in TX to ride for the 3 day weekend, alto, rural shades, boulder creek, etc...

Ken, If I were you, I'd spend those 3 days atv park hopping around Jacksonville. You could spend 1 day each at Shiloh Ridge (alto), Mud Creek (jacksonville) and River Run park (jacksonville). I've hit 2 of them in 1 day, but never done all 3 in 1 weekend.

IMO, Shiloh Ridge offers the most variety...hills, pastures, mud pits for big Trucks and ATVs, wooded trails, etc.
